WHO IS SARAH ?

With 10 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, I was first trained as a microbiologist and then as an auditor on microbiological risk assessment by Procter & Gamble. I carried out several audits in order to improve and harmonise internal hygiene standards throughout the Mibelle Group, namely in the United Kingdom and Switzerland..

For 5 years, I coordinated the activities of quality control, grouping the physico-chemical laboratories, microbiology and control of packaging materials: good laboratory practices, monitoring standards and methods, Supervising investigation reports for non-compliance, regulatory and technological monitoring were part of my daily life. Managing an organization of 13 technicians, I was able to carry out the program of continuous improvement of the laboratories and the factory.

As a manager, I actively participated to multiple recruitment processes and I trained and coached all technicians and apprentices.

A dynamic natural, I also led many trainings in 2019 and 2020, I taught courses at the IUT in Nancy-Brabois for the Biological Engineering Option Agri-Food and Organic Industries curriculum.

Looking for new challenges, I created Sarah Schmitt Consulting in 2021 to share my experience and expertise to companies in the cosmetics sector, and also agri-food and pharmaceuticals.
